Kimberley (Kym) Trinidad was born and raised on the East Coast, living in New York since the age of three. Kym graduated from Hunter College and began her seminary education in 2014; she expects to graduate with a Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in May 2019. Having been a member of the RCA for over twenty years, she has served as both Deacon and Elder at Queens Reformed Church in Queens Village, NY. She is currently using her numerous gifts at South Bushwick Reformed Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Kym loves God and seeks God’s will in all that she does. She believes that all people are made in the image of God and therefore no one should be excluded from the gathering of God’s people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexuality. In addition to being a parent to three wonderful children, Kym is a Girl Scout leader at her local church and volunteers as a chaplain at South Nassau Community Hospital.
