A 2007 graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, Rev. Dr. Cargill has been blessed to develop theologically, academically and in ministry with the help of one of the best field education experiences imaginable. Prior to attending Princeton, her education included a one-year experience at Drew Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University at Buffalo, and both bachelors and Master of Business Administration degrees from Morgan State University. In May 2020 she graduated from the ThM program at Harvard Divinity School. Her career has spanned leadership in various settings including the Ford Motor Company, New York University, and Colgate University. She now serves at Agape House as Minister of Word and Sacrament, pastor, planter and ministries leader. She previously served the Regional Synod of the Mid-Atlantics as President (2017-2018) and serve on the Boards of Trustees of Churches Improving Communities and Dina’s Dwelling.
