THANK YOU TO THE REV. ANDY LANG, our colleague at the UCC Coalition for LGBT Concerns, for initiating a prayer calendar for ecumenical partners in the Welcoming Church Programs during this Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, January 18 – 25. Andy has suggested that each day this week, we pray for our sisters and brothers in the ecumenical community who are working for LGBT inclusion in their denominations. Room for All is grateful to be part of this partnership through the Institute for Welcoming Resources; as a relatively recent addition to the ministry of inclusion, RfA has learned a great deal from these faithful advocates. In that spirit, we have taken the liberty to add a brand new LGBT advocacy group in our sister denomination, Complete Covenant (Christian Reformed Church).

Jan. 25: Pray with us for Affirm United (United Church of Canada).
